The best career advice I’ve ever received came from my mentor, Carlai Pender, who taught me to take care of myself, embrace personal development, think boldly, stay persistent, and embrace strategic risk—lessons that continue to shape how I approach business and technology every day.

I would tell young women entering this industry to start before they feel ready—lean into action, embrace mistakes as learning opportunities, and remember that clarity comes from doing, not waiting for perfect conditions.
