About Kendra

I've been doing counseling for almost 10 years now. I have my own business called Elevating Minds, which I started in 2019, where I counsel children and adults. I help them with their goals throughout the counseling process, relationships, and for children, behavioral issues and dealing with their emotions. Currently, I'm doing telehealth counseling with my business. I also work for another counseling company throughout the day, and then I have Elevating Minds, which is my business that I do after work, typically 2 to 3 days out of the week. I'm a licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia. I sometimes write and have three books out - I co-authored a book on mental health called Maintain a Solid Mental Health, where I wrote a chapter about overcoming life stressors. I also co-authored another book about how to overcome self-limiting beliefs, something I had to overcome from childhood. My self-published book is called Am I Not Worthy?, where I talk about healing from a relationship and things I've been through in my life, and overcoming. It includes a self-help guide in the back that people can use to think about things they may have felt not worthy in and process it.
