Kendra Wilt

She is an English as a New Language teacher at Crystal House in Indianapolis, where she supports high-school newcomer and immigrant students through language development, academic coaching, and college-and-career guidance. Her work focuses on helping students succeed across subjects through practical support, small-group instruction, and bilingual assistance in Spanish. Before transitioning into education, she built a diverse career in finance, banking, and business, including roles in retirement planning and process improvement. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University’s Panama Canal branch and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Marian University.
