Her Interview
Ten minutes with Kensli
01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Bosses take losses. If you're gonna make it to the top, you're gonna lose some things along the way, whether that be people in your life or a plan or an idea that did not pan out or a financial cost.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Figure out what their truth is, and then build on that. Decide your truth, like what feels most true to you and true to yourself, and that's the thing that you're gonna find the most joy in, and hopefully a happy, long-lasting, fulfilling career.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Authenticity in work because that is the only differentiator and main selling point. Honesty in personal life because when it comes down to who I interact with or my network, that is the most important key part.
