K. LaFleur-Anders is a dynamic storyteller, social entrepreneur, and creative leader based in Round Rock, Texas. As the Founder and CEO of Coffee Milk Media, she combines her passions for writing, publishing, and strategic storytelling to create projects that center on impact, wellbeing, and sustainable growth. Her work spans multiple platforms and initiatives, from content creation and publishing to executive production of live events, all designed to inspire, connect, and foster holistic success. In addition to leading Coffee Milk Media, K. is the Founder and Executive Producer of TEDxRound Rock Women, where she curates transformative experiences that highlight women’s leadership and innovation. She also serves on boards and advisory committees, including the CHASCO YMCA of Central Texas, Austin PBS Community Advisory Board, and Penfold Theatre Company, contributing her expertise in development, storytelling, and event production to strengthen community engagement and social impact. The best career advice I’ve ever received is to surround myself with mentors and peers who know more than I do, a principle that has guided me to grow, learn, and make a meaningful impact in every endeavor.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering this industry to be audacious, bold, and courageous, recognizing that fear only creates the illusion of limits—go for it.

The values most important to me in my work and personal life are curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning, whether exploring complex stories in my work or diving into thrillers and suspense movies in my personal life.
