So, I will give you an example. I took a Clifton strengths test and in that test, I found out that I was great at relationship building, that I could naturally And effortlessly cultivate relationships, but I also found out that I was not the best at execution or actually even influencing, but somehow with my strength of relationship building, I was able to use that to influence others and to ultimately be able to execute because I had a heart that wanted to serve and a heart that cared about others.What's one piece of advice you would you to younger women chasing their dreams?Keora Illiana Bernard: If there is one piece of advice I would give to the younger generation or really even to myself in my younger years, it would be think more highly of yourself. I don't mean that in a boisterous way, I don't mean that in an arrogant way, I don't mean that in a way in which you're not receptive to constructive criticism. However, I can recall an instance where I really wanted to study abroad in Spain and I wanted to Learn Spanish fluently and I came up with every excuse in the book as to why I couldn't do that. Oh well, my dad needs me. Oh well, you know, I won't be able to do X, Y, and Z. And looking back, it's one of the regrets that I have because I think that if I had gone, I would have learned Spanish fluently. I would have had um a bigger, wider, vaster uh perspective of my potential and of the world around me. So please think more highly of yourself.
