Keosha Cole-Gallow

Keosha Cole-Gallow is a dedicated Secondary Mathematics Teacher and Math Department Head at Stafford Municipal School District in Missouri City, Texas. With over seven years of experience in the district, she has developed and implemented instructional strategies that meet the diverse needs of learners, improve classroom management, and enhance student performance. Known for her proactive approach to student discipline and her ability to create innovative, supportive learning environments, Keosha consistently fosters academic growth and personal development among her students.

Prior to her current role, Keosha taught mathematics at both the middle school and general education levels, where she motivated and challenged students to achieve mastery in core concepts. Her leadership extends beyond the classroom; she has a proven track record in staff development, data-driven instruction, and fostering collaboration among educators to improve overall school performance. Her professional experience also includes management roles in the private sector, equipping her with strong organizational, operational, and human resources expertise.

Keosha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Tennessee State University and a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Texas Southern University. Throughout her academic and professional journey, she has been actively involved in student leadership, community service, and professional organizations, including Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and the Order of the Eastern Star. Currently open to Assistant Principal opportunities, Keosha is committed to creating positive change, enhancing efficiency, and supporting both students and staff in achieving their highest potential.
