Keri Gaytan is a seasoned healthcare leader serving as the Director of Operations at Habit Home Health, where she oversees three locations providing care to over 500 patients. In her role, Keri directs all aspects of operational and clinical performance, including patient care services, financial and operational metrics, referral and business development initiatives, and strategic growth plans to expand services into new communities. She brings a unique combination of analytical expertise, clinical insight, and operational acumen, ensuring that every aspect of care delivery is efficient, high-quality, and patient-centered.
Keri’s leadership philosophy is deeply patient-focused and holistic. She emphasizes meeting patients where they are, assessing their needs in the home environment, and advocating for both clinical and nonclinical support, including medications, nutrition, and transportation. Beginning her career in home health as a home health aide while attending nursing school, Keri has advanced through clinical and operational roles to her current director position. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Keri is a devoted mother of five, an active participant in a book club, a creator of handmade jewelry through her business Linked by Keri, and an enthusiastic supporter of local sporting events.
