About Kerline

I've been in the business field for about 12 years now, and I've been in my current position for about 2 years. I started off at Liberty Mutual as an EA right after college, and then grew from there, moving into First Republic, and now I'm at Sharmik Construction. My typical day involves calendar management, travel expenses, setting up meetings, and taking care of logistics for executives. But besides the work that I do in my corporate role, I'm also a content creator and an entrepreneur. I do public speaking and have really put myself out there, confronting my fear of public speaking. Now I literally have my own events where I'm the public speaker, creating that space for other entrepreneurs and content creators. I would definitely say my most notable professional achievement so far is being able to confront the fear of public speaking and being able to now make my own events. I got comfortable and just started speaking naturally, like I was speaking to my friends, and that really helped me overcome it.
