She is a visionary entrepreneur and operational leader with a diverse background in administrative support, account management, and restaurant operations, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Be Enlightened, LLC, where she leads a dynamic administrative support firm empowering small businesses, nonprofits, government entities, and corporations through expert-level virtual solutions. She oversees all operations, strategy, and client acquisition, leading a team of remote professionals and designing administrative infrastructures for organizations needing scalable support. She also serves as Accounts Manager at ADT, where she manages client relationships, retention strategies, and coaching for frontline representatives. Her career includes over eight years as District General Manager at McDonald's. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership from North Carolina Wesleyan University, where she earned President's List honors, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Hospitality Administration from Wake Technical Community College. She is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
