About Keundra
I recently earned my Bachelor's of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Houston Downtown while working full-time as a single mom. It was challenging but I am determined and motivated. I graduated in May and am now applying for jobs in compliance, auditing, or paralegal roles. My long-term goal is to attend law school and become a defense attorney to advocate for people's rights and fair treatment.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My resilience and consistency motivate me along with my willingness to learn and push through challenges without giving up. I believe in keeping pressing forward and just keep swimming no matter what obstacles come up.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Keep your faith in the Lord and Jesus Christ, trust in God, and just keep going. Believe that today is the day the Lord has made and enjoy it. No matter how hard yesterday was, you have a new day to look forward to.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Family is important to me along with integrity, resilience, compassion, taking responsibility for my work, and treating people with fairness and respect.
