About Khaliah

As the Owner & Clinical Director of Steady Strides Behavior Solutions, a Philadelphia-based behavioral health agency, I've dedicated my career to empowering children with autism and developmental disabilities to reach their full potential.

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in Pennsylvania, and Authorized Continuing Education (ACE) Provider through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, I've spent over a decade working with children and families to create meaningful, lasting change. After various roles in behavioral health, I noticed the lack of structured activities for children with developmental disabilities, who were often left in front of electronics all day. To address this, I developed my own curriculum and materials, which ultimately inspired me to open Steady Strides.

Steady Strides provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home, at school, and in community-based settings. By providing tailored, compassionate care and a holistic approach that integrates the family unit, we create supportive, nurturing environments that foster growth and independence for every child and family we serve.

Beyond clinical services, I'm committed to removing barriers for families in need and supporting them in accessing stable care and economic opportunities. I launched Paint the Puzzle, the non-profit advocacy arm of Steady Strides, to uplift families of children with disabilities through education, coaching, empowerment, and access.

A strong supporter of women in business and the community at large, I serve on the Board of Directors of Crossroads Programs, am the Founding Member of the Philadelphia Chapter of Women Presidents Organization, an active member of KNOW Women, and a member of Philadelphia 250. I'm also a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10k Small Business Program and the Yale School of Management’s Women’s Leadership Program.
