01What do you attribute your success to?
My cultural background has been key to my success.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Don't think if it's a small or if it's a big. Just give yourself, even if it's a small and even if it's a big one, because both count a lot.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
It could be slow in the beginning, but consistency is very important. Don't stay within the job description. Everything is an experience, give your best.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The new technology and AI that you have to keep up with fast, but you can also get overwhelmed learning it. Differentiate what's really valuable versus what is not.
