About Khyati
Khyati Ajmera serves as a Customer Success Manager at OneTrust, a software company based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Originally from India, she began her career in an automotive startup as a backend engineer before transitioning into project and product management roles, where she organized events and built customer relationships. She earned her bachelor's degree in computer science engineering and completed a master's in engineering management at North Carolina State University in 2023 while completing multiple product management internships. Currently pursuing a second master's in business analytics, Ajmera specializes in networking, customer communication, and product and project management. She is a member of the Customer Success Architects Organization and attributes her success to the support of her parents and husband.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My parents who always supported me in every decision, especially as a second girl child far from home, and my husband who is my pillar of support and strength for new ideas and events.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Don't be afraid to take risks. Had I not asked my manager for opportunities in product management, I wouldn't have discovered my calling. Never stop asking questions, take that risk.
