About Kia Kornegay
She is a facilities and operations professional with experience in healthcare facilities management, maintenance, project coordination, locksmith services, and engineering leadership. She currently works as a Facilities Manager at Temple Health. Previously, she spent over nine years with Penn Medicine in lead locksmith, project coordination, and maintenance roles, and over 15 years as a Lead Engineer at Marriott Hotels. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Management and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
