Kiana Encinas

Kiana Encinas is the Founder and Owner of Divine Ritual Wellness in Phoenix, Arizona. She started her company about a year ago, focusing on a mix of herbalism, natural skincare and beauty products, energy healing, and hosting online community events for mindfulness, prayer, and support. Encinas holds a Bachelor's of Science in Public Health from Grand Canyon University and a Master's of Public Health from Eastern Washington University. Her path to public health began during her undergraduate studies when she switched from Biochemistry and Molecular Biology due to COVID-related lab postponements, finding it a better fit that combined science with the heart of healing. Before launching her business, she worked as a director for a childcare facility for a couple of years and completed graduate internships with the state health department in Policy and Intergovernmental Affairs and in Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Safety at a large corporation. She was a member of APHA during school and has volunteered with a wildlife organization on beach cleanups and community events.
