Kiana Mack

Kiana Mack is the founder of her own consulting business based in Washington, D.C. With 15 years of experience in her field, she began her career path as a pharmacy technician after completing training to achieve stability as a young mother. She became nationally certified and later attended Howard University, graduating in 2018. Throughout her career, she worked in hospital pharmacy, long-term care pharmacy, and specialty pharmacy, where she created a prior authorization department at GW. Her expertise centers on operational optimization and workflow. She is also a licensed life insurance agent and a published author of financial literacy activity workbooks for children. Kiana serves as a coach for financial literacy cohorts with Women's Money Matters and is a member of the National Pharmacy Technician Association. She attributes her success to the grace of God.
