I founded my business, Thais Mirage Corps, in February 2026 after spending 7-8 years doing administrative work, including 7 plus years in the military as an HR specialist and 2 plus years as a veteran liaison with the VA in the escalation supervisor department. As a virtual operations executive assistant, I help entrepreneurs who don't realize that at least 80% of their time is spent handling admin work, follow-up with customers, and systems instead of actually focusing on their business. My business steps in to decrease that overwhelm and allow them to focus on what really matters. I'm currently gaining my degree in Human Resources while maintaining my business, and I'm almost about to become a sophomore. I took my current education, my past military experiences, and my work as a third party with the VA and combined it all to help entrepreneurs, because honestly, a lot of businesses cater to customers, but you don't see a lot of businesses catering to entrepreneurs. I see my business going a lot further and expanding to do more than what we're doing now. Eventually, I want to open up my company to be veteran-friendly since it is veteran-owned, so any veteran that seeks a job would have a place of familiarity.
