About Kiara
Kiara Paola founded her tour company in New York City after recognizing her passion for tourism and travel from an early age. Born and raised in Italy, she focuses on experiential and sustainable travel experiences that support local women-owned and small businesses. With a university education in marketing and communication, she has traveled solo to over 51 countries, gaining on-the-ground knowledge of local communities and customs. Her expertise spans tourism, social media, communication, and public speaking, and she is a member of New York City Tourism and Convention, GANIC, and the National Speaker Association. Kiara attributes her success to her determination, perseverance, mindset, and willpower, and she mentors low-income women through First Step while reminding herself that you never know who is watching.
