Ten minutes with Kiddada
01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Do what you love to gain success.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't be afraid to try something new. Because that's how I got into politics. ... know that you may have different careers in your lifetime, and that's okay.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Marketing is a big challenge for me personally. From a cultural perspective, Caribbean women have never been taught to ask for anything or promote themselves, which is hard as an entrepreneur.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty. Always being reflective.
