I specialize in helping high-growth and mission-driven companies make high-stakes hiring decisions and increase revenue -- through sales consulting and connecting them with top executive and mid-level talent across Sales/GTM, Tech, Accounting/Finance, and Risk/Security. I have a unique perspective from the corporate and individual perspective, blending strategic insight with a human-centered approach to hiring strategy for companies while helping individuals align their passion, authenticity, energy, desire, and heart with their career goals.

In parallel, through our Executive Career Agent and Alignment Coaching practices, I support professionals (especially women) in identifying and negotiating meaningful career opportunities, navigating transitions, and preventing burnout. I help women beginning their second life phase to feel seen and find belonging during this confusing and exciting time -- aligning passion, authenticity, energy, desire, and heart with their career goals.

As a self-made former Division 1 Collegiate NCAA athlete, Valedictorian, MBA, community leader, board member, former personal trainer, certified coach, holistic wellness advocate, executive with a successful acquisition/exit, entrepreneur, angel investor, and advisor to biotech and tech startups -- I bring a unique and holistic perspective to my work. A recovering "tough girl" who was constantly driving and producing, ignoring pain and exhaustion to produce and perform, I now see the value in aligning what creates natural energy within us and for others with a smarter and more authentic way of living and working.
