Her Story

About Kiley

Kiley Williams is a technology operations and executive support professional with approximately 10 years of experience spanning enterprise organizations and fast-paced, early-stage environments. Based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale area, she has built a career as a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant to senior leadership, and Program Manager, where she is recognized for driving operational excellence, supporting C-suite decision-making, and translating strategy into execution. Her work centers on navigating ambiguity, building scalable processes, and enabling high-performing cross-functional teams to deliver consistent outcomes.

Her career began in technical support during the early stages of her professional journey, including work with Apple around 2014. After graduating from Florida State University in 2016 with a degree in Information and Communication Technologies, she progressed into operations and leadership roles across major organizations. She spent nearly six years at AT&T in roles including Specialist – Business Manager and Lead Chief of Staff, focusing on agile delivery, regulatory coordination, and large-scale program execution. She later held Business Program Manager roles at Microsoft, contributed as an Agile Transformation Coach at T-Mobile, and supported consumer and productivity initiatives within Microsoft’s M365 and Copilot ecosystem.

More recently, Kiley has continued to evolve her career toward high-impact operational leadership, stepping into roles that blend execution with strategic influence, including her current position as Executive Assistant at ClaimAngel. She is especially focused on growing within startup environments where she can contribute to scaling operations, shaping strategy, and supporting executive decision-making at a foundational level. Her professional philosophy emphasizes servant leadership, adaptability, and continuous improvement, with a strong interest in advancing from execution-focused work into more forward-looking strategic advisory roles while continuing to strengthen organizational performance and team effectiveness.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Kiley

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to being raised by a family of strong women—my mother and my two grandmothers—who consistently modeled hard work, leadership, and perseverance. Their example shaped my values and work ethic from an early age. I also credit my own resilience and the determination I developed while working my way through college, which strengthened my discipline and commitment to achieving my goals.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering my industry to prioritize in-person engagement and active involvement in their local communities. Building meaningful, authentic relationships is essential, and that comes from taking the time to listen, show up consistently, and connect beyond virtual networking. Strong professional foundations are often built through genuine human interaction and trust.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is that while digital connectivity has made collaboration easier, it can also create a sense of distance, and networking has fundamentally shifted since COVID-19. In addition, pursuing certifications—while valuable—can be financially burdensome when undertaken independently. At the same time, there is a significant opportunity to transition from execution-focused roles into more strategic, forward-looking operational leadership positions, where I can help shape technology adoption and influence broader business decisions.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are family, community advocacy, servant leadership, resilience, and a strong work ethic. I strive to stay grounded in these principles, as they guide how I show up for others, make decisions, and approach both challenges and opportunities.
