What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my desire to find a career that offered work-life balance after taking 10 years off to raise my three children. That goal motivated me to focus, grow, and build a professional path that fits both my family and career aspirations.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is client retention—ensuring that once clients receive what they need, they continue to see value in maintaining the relationship. At the same time, this presents an opportunity to deepen engagement, build trust, and create long-term partnerships that go beyond a single transaction.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide me both professionally and personally are family, providing exceptional support to my clients, and building lasting relationships by ensuring client satisfaction and retention. I strive to balance caring for my loved ones with delivering meaningful results for the people I serve.
