Kim Catania

Kim Catania serves as CEO of Catania Communications LLC, a company she started 14 years ago after a 31-year career in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. She began as a sales representative, advanced to field trainer and hospital representative, moved into marketing and first-line leadership roles, and later directed operations for the East Coast before founding her own firm. Kim attended SUNY Albany and maintains certifications in instructional design, DISC, creative solutions development, writing, situational leadership, and coaching. She has grown Catania Communications to a team of 19 professionals offering facilitation, executive coaching, creative learning solutions, and strategic consulting. Kim received President's Club recognition and is a member of the Healthcare Business Women's Association, L10, and WBENC. She volunteers as Vice Chair and board member of the Danbury Animal Welfare Society and serves as Gallup chair.
