After a brief hiatus to raise children, she returned to the industry and has worked continuously since, including a role at a large glass company with women's empowerment initiatives. In her current position of one year, she focuses on solutioning, gathering client requirements, and driving product enhancements in a highly collaborative setting. Fisher is known for recovering revenue through solving accounting issues and implementing efficiencies that improve work-life balance for users. She values continuous learning, upstream and downstream process knowledge, and volunteering for high-profile technology projects, crediting these approaches for her career advancement. Outside of work, she enjoys sailing with her husband and roller skating.
