I would advise young women entering my industry to never sell themselves short. Always recognize your value, and approach your work with authenticity and transparency—these qualities build trust, credibility, and lasting success.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges in my field are the widespread lack of understanding about the importance of life insurance and retirement planning. At the same time, there are tremendous opportunities to leverage my skills and knowledge to educate clients, provide valuable guidance, and help them make informed financial decisions.
