Kim King

She is an accomplished mortgage operations executive with over three decades of experience in mortgage processing, closing, and operations leadership, currently serving as SVP of Mortgage Operations at Hope Credit Union, where she leads the mortgage operations team and supports the mission to reduce the racial homeownership gap in underserved communities across Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Louisiana. Prior to this role, she spent nearly 13 years at Bryant Bank in progressively senior roles, including VP/Director of Mortgage Operations, VP/Processing Manager, Processing Manager, and Closing Manager, where she led teams, developed training materials, and collaborated with senior management on product development and policy implementation. Her career also includes leadership roles at Cadence Bank and MortgageSouth, and over 14 years at Marbury Mortgage Inc. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance with a Real Estate Concentration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
