About Kim

I am a community engagement, sales, and marketing professional with over three decades of experience in senior living, business development, and client relationship management. I currently serve as Community Relations Specialist at Belmont Village Senior Living, a role I have held since September 2017, where I build relationships with families, professionals, and community partners to support senior living placement and enhance the quality of life for residents. In this role, I bring expertise in business development, sales, and community outreach to help families navigate senior living options and ensure successful move-ins and transitions.

Prior to joining Belmont Village, I served in marketing and sales at Greystone Communities for over three years, managing the marketing and sales process for a Continuing Care Retirement Community, overseeing Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing from initial lead to closing and ensuring successful move-ins. I also served as Director of Marketing at Village on the Park for over four years, where I developed and executed marketing strategies and community engagement initiatives.

Earlier in my career, I owned and operated Catherine Rebecca Clothing for nearly eight years, a direct mail and outside sales business focused on girls' clothing and accessories, where I developed expertise in marketing, database management, customer service, and inventory management. I also served as Territory Manager at American Express for over four years, where I managed territory accounts, increased market share, and led sales and marketing efforts through prospecting and cold calling in the South Louisiana territory.

I hold a Master of Arts in Human Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Louisiana Tech University, where I was recognized in Who's Who at LA Tech and was an active member of the Student Government Association and Phi Mu Sorority. I am also a Licensed Realtor in Alabama.

Across my career in senior living, business ownership, and territory management, my work has been driven by a commitment to building meaningful relationships and helping individuals and families navigate important life transitions. Whether I am supporting families in finding the right senior living community, developing marketing strategies, or managing client relationships, I bring a people-centered approach, strategic thinking, and a dedication to excellence that has sustained my career for over three decades. I am proud of the work I have done and excited to continue making a difference in the lives of seniors and their families.
