Kim Wright

Kim Wright brings a unique blend of corporate recruiting expertise and hands-on healthcare experience to her dual roles as a client consultant and nurse. With more than 14 years in recruiting, including corporate, staff, and agency work plus founding her own staffing agency, she transitioned to healthcare in 2017 to provide care for her mother following multiple strokes. She earned her health aid certification and CNA through Bayada University, has been a practicing nurse for over two years focusing on bedside care, and was recently appointed client consultant where she handles stakeholder engagement, business development, regulatory compliance, and value-based care. Wright holds a BA in fine arts, having double-majored in theater and film with a minor in communications and graduating cum laude. She is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, the oldest Black female sorority founded in 1908. She attributes her success to prayer, the grace of God, daily laughter, and maintaining honesty with herself while leading with integrity, love, and a commitment to excellence in all endeavors.
