Kim Yockey

Kim Yockey is an accomplished human resources and operations leader currently serving as HR Manager for Corporate HR at Keystone Agency Partners and Interim Vice President of Operations for a Keystone platform agency. She brings extensive experience in human resources, employee relations, talent leadership, organizational strategy, and agency operations, with a career rooted in the insurance industry. Kim joined the organization following its acquisition of The Paladin Group, where she previously served as Chief Operating Officer.

Throughout her career, Kim has demonstrated a strong ability to lead through organizational growth, acquisitions, and change. Her leadership philosophy centers on open and honest communication, building trust, strengthening relationships, and keeping teams engaged and productive. She believes effective leadership is not defined by a title, but by the ability to influence others, think strategically, adapt to change, and create an environment where people can succeed.

Beyond her professional work, Kim is a devoted mother of three who considers her children her grounding foundation and motivation to continually grow. She is also an avid fiction reader and actively supports her community through the Gladbrook-Rhinebeck PTO and the Northeast Iowa Food Bank. Kim encourages women entering the insurance industry to have confidence in their voices, think outside the box, embrace opportunities, and remain adaptable and optimistic as they build their careers.
