Kimberley Barker is an educator, author, speaker, and organizational development expert with more than 25 years of experience helping leaders navigate culture, change, leadership, and workplace transformation. As the Director of the Institute for Culture, Change, and Leadership (iCCL), she partners with organizations to develop culturally competent leaders, foster inclusive environments, and address complex organizational challenges. Her diverse professional background spans human resources, commercial banking, healthcare operations, and higher education, providing her with a unique perspective on organizational effectiveness across multiple industries.

A scholar-practitioner with a Ph.D. in Organization Development and an MBA, Kimberley serves as a Senior Lecturer at Eastern Michigan University, where she teaches organization development, leadership, change management, and business communication. She is also an adjunct faculty member at Benedictine University and a published author whose work focuses on leadership, uncertainty, communication, and cultural competence.
