About Kimberly
She is a dedicated healthcare operations and program management professional with over two decades of experience in physician services, school-based health centers, and healthcare administration, currently serving as Senior Program Manager for Physician Services at Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group, where she leads project implementation and program strategy. Prior to this role, she served as Program Manager for Physician Services at MAPMG, and spent nearly 17 years at Children's National Health System in progressively senior roles, including Operations Manager, Program Manager for School-Based Health Centers, and Office Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Systems Management from the University of Baltimore, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude, and an Associate's degree from Central Penn College. She is recognized as a strategic, compassionate, and results-driven healthcare leader who is deeply committed to improving patient care, supporting healthcare teams, and advancing health equity through effective program management and operational excellence.
