To find my voice, to be effective in helping other young women navigate their way through their career choices. It means to me A revitalation of my spirit, my confidence. In my career journey. I have been in this race a long time. And the knowledge, wisdom, and lessons learned that I've gained over the years. can be valuable to some young woman who's just starting out and just beginning the race. So this means a lot to me because I am honored to be part of influential women. And to have an opportunity to again find my voice and share what I have learned. So that I can help other young women. Reached the finish line. What's one piece of advice you would give to younger women chasing their dreams?Kimberly Brannon: One piece of advice I would give young women is to never give up. It sounds like a cliche, but it's true. If you give up, then the race is over, the game is over. Your dreams are No longer. So first, never give up. But then also do the work. Put in the hard work and know your craft, hone your skills. And really understand what it is that you want, and work hard at getting it. But once you have done all of that, Be bold, be bold and have the audacity to think and believe that you deserve that opportunity, that promotion. That position, knowing that you've done all that you can to be well prepared when that opportunity comes. So once you have it, be bold and go out there and present yourself in the best possible light. But most importantly, knowing that you are ready to do anything, and it's OK if it doesn't work out the first time. The first part of the advice was, never give up. Keep going and keep trying. Hard work, perseverance, it all pays off in the end. That's my advice.
