01What do you attribute your success to?
My success is attributed to motivation and my Recruiting team.
Everyday I try and do the best I can for my applicants and managers. My team is also a big part of my success. They are always there for support.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Networking and trust your gut. Make sure to network with multiple people in multiple career fields.
There will be times when you are unsure about someone or a situation. It In important to trust your gut in these situations.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Networking. Make sure to connect with people in your career field and others. You never know what you'll learn from someone in a different field that can help you.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The inconsistencies in applicants. You can post a job and have no one apply. That affects the company and your job.
You need to hustle to get some more applicants for these jobs.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty is an important value to me. I am always honest with my managers about the status of their roles. I am also honest with my candidates on what they are getting themselves into.
