02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to make sure it truly aligns with your passion. When you're passionate about the work you do, you're more likely to stay motivated, overcome challenges, and build a fulfilling and successful career.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is helping attorneys recognize that remote professionals can be just as productive—if not more productive—than those working in a traditional office setting. Working remotely allows for more focus, attention, and much less interruption producing work much more efficiently and quickly.
