About Kimberly
Kimberly Gant is an AI Enablement Leader and enterprise transformation executive with more than 25 years of experience driving customer experience, contact center modernization, and operational change across legal operations, financial services, healthcare, and business process outsourcing environments. She currently serves as Vice President of Customer Care at Bank OZK, where she leads enterprise contact center modernization efforts for a 150-person organization, focusing on AI readiness, governance, and the disciplined adoption of conversational AI, automated quality assurance, and analytics-driven performance management.
Prior to her current role, Kimberly led legal operations transformation work within a high-volume personal injury law firm, where she spent five years embedded in frontline operations deploying AI-enabled intake, drafting, and client communication tools across platforms such as CRM and case management systems. In this environment, she partnered on predictive analytics for case valuation and operational performance while building governance frameworks, scorecards, and adoption models that helped translate emerging AI capabilities into measurable improvements in efficiency, consistency, and client experience. Her work centered on building trust with practitioners and ensuring that AI enhanced—not disrupted—the legal decision-making process.
Earlier in her career, Kimberly held senior leadership roles in contact center operations and consulting, including work in outsourcing strategy, workforce optimization, and customer experience transformation across industries such as telecommunications, healthcare benefits, and marketing services. She also holds a degree from the University of Mississippi and is known for her pragmatic leadership approach, combining change management, governance, and performance measurement to ensure that technology adoption translates into sustainable operational practice rather than short-term experimentation.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to 30 years of experience as a servant leader in software delivery, with a focus on data protection, data security, compliance, and data migration. I am passionate about using analytics, APIs, and modern tools to solve complex problems and deliver secure, reliable solutions for financial and data-driven systems. In my current role as VP of Customer Care at Bank OZK, I apply this experience at enterprise scale by leading AI modernization across a 150-person contact center, integrating conversational AI, automation, predictive routing, and speech analytics in partnership with Technology, Risk, and Compliance. I also support emerging talent through mentoring in artificial intelligence.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
One of the key pieces of advice I would give to women entering leadership is to be intentional and ready for both the rewards and challenges that come with taking that step. When I made the decision to move into leadership, I learned that while the journey can be demanding, it is also deeply fulfilling and transformative. Women often lead in a distinct way—bringing thoughtfulness, empathy, and intentionality to their leadership—and I see these qualities as strengths that help build trust, strengthen relationships, and create environments where people and teams can truly thrive.
