About KImberly
Kimberly Gildea began her career in 1984 after earning a degree in corporate finance from WVU. She started by selling life insurance door-to-door across Pennsylvania for Combined Insurance Company of America. Through client connections, she transitioned to IDS, formerly Ameriprise, and later joined Kidder Peabody in 1988 for her first full brokerage role. Today, she serves as branch manager of her independent practice, focusing on business owner exit strategies. Gildea holds multiple professional credentials, including Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), Accredited Behavioral Finance Analyst (ABFA), and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA). She credits her success to showing up daily, delivering red-carpet client service, and offering honest advice, always directing clients elsewhere if needed. Outside her professional life, Gildea has been involved in animal welfare causes, including serving on the local Humane Society board.

01What do you attribute your success to?
Showing up every day. Excellent client service. We call it the red carpet. And just honest, good advice to everybody we run into. And we always tell everybody, if we can't solve the problem, we'll help you find somewhere that can help you.
