Kimberly Grady

She is an experienced nonprofit executive and fundraising professional with a strong background in organizational leadership, philanthropy, grant writing, strategic planning, and donor development. She currently serves as Executive Director of Think Dignity and previously held senior leadership roles including Chief Development Officer at Bastion Community of Resilience and Executive Director at Sisters of the Holy Family. She has also worked as a nonprofit consultant and adjunct faculty member teaching grant writing, finance, and planning. Her experience includes developing fundraising strategies, securing major corporate and foundation gifts, managing donor relationships, leading large-scale events, and achieving multimillion-dollar fundraising goals.
