Her Story
About Kimberly
Kimberly Graham is a Senior National Account Manager with Kraft Heinz Away From Home, bringing more than 14 years of progressive experience in the food and beverage industry. She specializes in national account leadership, strategic customer partnerships, and commercial growth across complex foodservice channels. Known for her analytical mindset and attention to detail, she has built a career focused on turning data, customer insights, and market trends into actionable strategies that drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver long-term business value.
Her career began with Kraft while she was still in college, when she attended a job fair and accepted an opportunity outside of her original academic path in health studies, marketing, and management. She started in an entry-level merchandising role, stocking cookies and crackers in local grocery stores on a part-time basis. Through dedication, consistency, and strong performance, she quickly gained the attention of leadership and was promoted into a full-time sales role. That early experience provided her with a strong operational foundation and a deep understanding of the business from the ground level up, shaping the trajectory of her long-term career in sales and account management.
Over the years, Kimberly has advanced through increasingly senior roles with organizations including Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, J.R. Simplot Company, and Del Monte Foods, where she developed expertise in national account management, contract negotiation, P&L ownership, and cross-functional leadership. She has managed large-scale non-commercial accounts across healthcare, education, vending, and institutional foodservice channels, consistently delivering growth through strategic planning and strong customer alignment. Now returning to Kraft Heinz Away From Home, she is focused on expanding her impact within national accounts while actively pursuing her goal of transitioning into people leadership, with a commitment to developing high-performing teams and helping others grow and succeed.
Her Interview
Ten minutes with Kimberly
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a combination of mentorship, curiosity, and a willingness to engage with leaders at every level of the organization. Early in my career, I learned the value of reaching out beyond my immediate circle whether that meant sending an email to someone supporting executive leadership or initiating conversations with senior leaders to gain perspective and insight. I actively seek out mentors and believe in learning from individuals who are further along in their careers, as their experience has been instrumental in shaping my growth and decision-making. Over time, I’ve also learned to move away from the mindset that others are competition; instead, I focus on building authentic relationships, sharing knowledge, and recognizing that collaboration and connection with other professionals, especially women, creates stronger opportunities for everyone to succeed.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
In advising young women entering the food and beverage sales industry, I would emphasize that credibility is earned through consistency, preparation, and a strong commitment to delivering results. In a competitive and often male-dominated environment, it is important to set yourself apart by staying professional, building expertise, and remaining focused on execution and customer impact. Success comes from showing up prepared, understanding your business, and continuously striving to add value in every interaction. Equally important is learning to extend grace to yourself throughout the journey, recognizing that growth takes time and setbacks are part of development. Maintaining resilience, staying focused on what matters most, and committing to continuous improvement will help build both confidence and long-term success in your career.
