Kimberly Jaeger-Arjes

Kimberly Jaeger-Arjes is a death doula, yoga and meditation teacher, and studio manager with a business degree from Mount Mercy University completed in 2017. She provides non-medical end-of-life care and guidance through the Death Collective of Eastern Iowa, a non-profit offering education, workshops, and community practices, and volunteers with hospice. Her work connects yogic and meditation practices with supporting individuals in end-of-life moments by holding space and witnessing. She manages studio operations and other teachers at Heartland Yoga while teaching classes, and is affiliated with Breathing Room Yoga and the Great Plains Action Society, an Indigenous-led organization focused on earth care and the cycle of life. Her professional values center on present-moment attention as a path to healing, being in the human experience, and approaching all work with love. She emphasizes the importance of authenticity and self in building community through these roles.
