About Kimberly
Kimberly Kennedy serves in executive benefits at VanBridge, an Epic company, where she supports a niche team working with Fortune 500 companies and their board members and C-level executives on life insurance and investment opportunities. Her professional journey began in 1990 at Electronic Data Systems in a support role for the recruiting division in the Washington, D.C. area, which set the trajectory for her career supporting leaders. She has worked across diverse environments including the Department of the Navy and defense industry, commercial real estate, hospitality, and aviation. From 2005 to 2015, Kennedy was at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center in Newport, Rhode Island, directly liaising between the Navy and Department of Defense civilian personnel on high-visibility, secure defense programs while holding a secret clearance. Her education includes studies in business administration at Northern Virginia Community College, Chaminade University in Hawaii, and a distance learning program at Carnegie Mellon. She has completed training in Lean Six Sigma, effective business writing, and executive time management techniques, and holds an FIA certification.
