About Kimberly

Kimberly Kotulski is an accomplished medical sales professional with nearly two decades of experience driving growth, building strong healthcare partnerships, and supporting the adoption of innovative medical technologies. She began her career shortly after earning her bachelor’s degree in 2004 as an account manager for a small healthcare organization, where she developed a strong foundation in customer relationship management and sales strategy. Throughout her career, Kimberly has successfully managed complex territories, collaborated with physicians and healthcare teams, and built a reputation for delivering exceptional results through dedication, persistence, and a patient-focused approach.

Over the years, Kimberly has held key sales and leadership roles with organizations including Pacific Pulmonary Services, ZOLL Medical Corporation, and other healthcare companies before joining Boston Scientific. During her time with ZOLL LifeVest, she played an important role in helping expand patient access to life-saving technology and was recognized for achieving more than nine patient saves annually. In her current role as EluPro Territory Manager at Boston Scientific, Kimberly supports the advancement of surgical and medical device solutions, working closely with healthcare professionals in the operating room environment to improve patient outcomes and drive clinical innovation.

Kimberly’s expertise includes relationship building, medical device sales, territory development, process improvement, attention to detail, and strategic customer engagement. She attributes her success to her passion for helping others, strong work ethic, competitive spirit, and the personal fulfillment she gains from making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives. Outside of her professional career, Kimberly is dedicated to her family and guided by values of trust, integrity, and compassion. She also gives back to her community through volunteering with PAWS, where she supports animal welfare by walking and caring for animals.
