Currently an English Instructor at Shorter College, where they teach undergraduate writing and composition courses, develop curriculum, and support student learning through innovative teaching practices and technology integration. Previously served as Director of the Literacy & Writing Center at Arkansas Baptist College, leading student support programs, developing retention strategies, and supervising instructional services. Their career also includes experience in research support, grant writing, and academic publishing.
