Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I am an experienced analyst with a strong background in the IT and banking industries, specializing in analytical problem-solving, financial modeling, data analytics, and management. Over the course of my career, I have honed my skills in tools such as Microsoft Excel and SQL, applying them to drive strategic insights and support business growth. I am a proud graduate of Vassar College, where I developed a solid foundation in quantitative analysis and critical thinking that continues to guide my professional journey. I attribute much of my success to my mother, Nalini Nauth-Otello, whose drive, determination, and high standards set a powerful example for me to follow. Her influence has inspired me to strive for excellence in every role I take on and to approach challenges with resilience, focus, and grace. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with loved ones, staying active, and practicing yoga—a passion I hope to further explore within the broader yoga community. I also love cooking, traveling, learning about new cultures, and reading self-health and personal growth books. These experiences help me bring balance, creativity, and perspective to both my personal life and professional endeavors.
