About Kimberly

A senior legal and financial executive with extensive experience in wealth management, tax strategy, employee benefits, and corporate law, she currently serves as a Partner at Parker Brown Macaulay & Sheerin, P.C., where she provides strategic leadership across employee benefits design, tax planning, compliance, and organizational advisory services.

Previously, she held senior leadership roles at The Washington Trust Company, where she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Wealth Client Services Officer. In this capacity, she oversaw comprehensive client services for the Wealth Management division, managing approximately $6 billion in assets under management. She led a multidisciplinary team responsible for investment management, financial planning, fiduciary and trust services, estate administration, tax services, and regulatory compliance for a diverse client base that included high-net-worth individuals, institutions, nonprofits, and retirement plans. She also served as Chief Tax & Benefits Officer, where she modernized operations, strengthened compliance frameworks, and improved service efficiency across the organization.

Earlier in her career, she was a Partner at Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP, where she built and led key practice areas in employee benefits, tax strategy, healthcare regulatory compliance, and nonprofit law. Recognized for her leadership and initiative, she became the firm’s youngest partner and developed high-performing teams serving major clients. She began her legal career at Murphy, Hesse, Toomey & Lehane, LLP, where she gained broad experience in corporate law, labor and employment, ERISA, tax, and regulatory compliance.

With more than two decades of experience, she is recognized for her ability to integrate legal expertise with strategic financial leadership, driving operational excellence, client service innovation, and long-term organizational growth.
