Kimberly McCauley

With 16 years of experience in alcohol beverage distribution, I have built my career around leadership, sales, and marketing. My work goes beyond the day-to-day responsibilities of marketing and selling alcohol - I also lead the Cultures Committee at my company, which focuses on community service and charity events at the corporate level. In this role, I organize and lead teams that come together to make a positive impact in our community. What drives me professionally is the opportunity to network and build a community outside of my industry, particularly connecting with other professional women.
