Led global teams at Coca-Cola across four continents and 15+ markets, driving strategy, innovation, and investment through Ventures and Emerging Brands. At Unilever, led the integration of the Sundial Brands portfolio and co-led The New Voices Fund, a $100M initiative supporting women entrepreneurs. At BET Media Group, transformed the brand into a multi-media platform, delivered four consecutive years of record growth, launched and scaled BET+, and led P&L for Digital and Live Events. Board member (Spanx, Morehouse School of Medicine, Television Academy Foundation) and founding member of the Black Executive CMO Alliance, pursuing President/COO/Global CMO/CEO and select board roles.
