01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
When you fall, simply dust yourself off, get back up, and try again. Experience is one of the most valuable things you can gain, and it often teaches you lessons that education alone cannot. It is okay to fail, it is okay to want more, and it is okay to pause for a while when you need to regroup. What matters is having the courage to get back in the game, keep learning, and pursue what you want. Don’t be afraid to take chances and believe in yourself.
