One of the biggest challenges in my field is navigating a male-dominated environment, which also presents opportunities to lead, innovate, and pave the way for more women.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are transparency, balance, and family—I’m married, expecting my first child in December 2025, and I also love traveling, running, and playing tennis.
