01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I'd say be yourself, don't be afraid to be the loudest one in the room, you know, respectfully and professionally. Knowing your worth, most importantly.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Faith first, along with alignment of mind, body, and soul. Being authentic, curious, and compassionate. I want my students to feel that we're in this together and remember the nuggets of information I share.
